The AutoJanitor Cleaner and Deodoriser product kills germs, it cleans the surface of the toilet or urinal, it removes mineral deposits and it deals with unpleasant odours because it contains concentrated fragrance oils. It is ideal for small and medium-sized washrooms where a dual system is all that's needed for the entire toilet. C&D formulations now have 30% more fragrance oil, making them stronger and maintaining their impact for longer. Each refill comes with a wick that absorbs the fragrance oil dispensed in each of the 6,000 metered doses, giving permanent fresh fragrance 24-hours a day
